LAUGHTRIP

Image
#Laughtrip     Some memories are unforgettable, remaining ever vivid and heartwarming. Small moments we find so pointless can become cherished memories with time and the perspective that wisdom brings. We didn't realize we were making memories we just knew we were having fun. All of us have different kind of stories in life some of them are sad but happy at the same time. We cry, anger, excited, and for sure we laugh to the things that we didn't expect to come. "Life is better when you're laughing" there are times we can able to create a new memories in life through it we can express our one's feelings and how we handle just to be real  because not all memories are fun or happy sometimes we touch one person's feelings also. I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.     The one of the most laughtrip incidents I best remembered is f

DICTION

Image
What is Diction in Writing?       Diction can best be described as the writer and speaker’s own personal style, as evidenced by the words they choose. Along with literary devices like tone, diction helps to establish a writer’s voice.Different levels of diction are appropriate not just to their context but also to different audiences. Just as you would not address the president of a company with, “Yo, dawg!” you would not greet a classmate by shaking their hand and saying,”I can’t tell you how pleased I am at this chance for us to get further acquainted.” In writing, the goal is to maintain a level of diction that is both appropriate and consistent. “High diction” is a formal writing style best suited for essays and university entrance letters. “Low diction,” which might contain slang, is appropriate in emails and texts. While you can mix levels of diction on purpose for effect, uneven diction is generally a characteristic of bad writing. All writing contains diction. What you want

FIGURE OF SPEECH

Figure of Speech   is not only used to embellish the language, but also cause a moment of excitement when reading. It is used equally in writing as well as in speech. It, in fact, provides emphasis, clarity or freshness to expression. Clarity, however, may sometimes suffer because a figure of speech introduces double meanings such as connotative and denotative meanings. It also strengthens the creative expression and description along with making the language more graphic, pointed and vivid.  When using figures of speech the words will diverge from their literal meanings, to give a more stylized and specialized meaning to these words.     Importance of Figure  of Speech  Figures of speech plays an important role to the person who wanted to be learn. Learning figures of speech, like similes, metaphors or personification in English, helps the learners to improve their understanding of the figurative aspect of the language while also exposing them to the use and understanding of cl

WHAT IS IMAGERY? WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF IMAGERY?

Image
What is imagery? What are the different types of imagery?       What is imagery?  Imagery , in a literary text, is an author's use of vivid and descriptive language to add depth to their work. It appeals to human senses to deepen the reader's understanding of the work. Powerful forms of imagery engage all of the senses. Imagery is language used by poets, novelists and other writers to create images in the mind of the reader. Imagery includes figurative and metaphorical language to improve the reader’s experience through their senses.  In literature, one of the strongest devices is imagery wherein the author uses words and phrases to create “mental images” for the reader. Imagery helps the reader to visualize more realistically the author’s writings. The usage of metaphors, allusions, descriptive words and similes amongst other literary forms in order to “tickle” and awaken the readers’ sensory perceptions is referred to as imagery. Imagery is not limited to only visual

UNIQUENESS OF CREATIVE WRITING

Image
UNIQUENESS OF CREATIVE WRITING      Like humans, animals and plants they have their own differences and similarities the way they exist in this world and we already know what are those things that can be classify them. But my topic for this blog is something interesting to manifest and to gain more knowledge about it. The question is, what are the similarities and differences between Creative Writing, Technical Writing, and Journalism?     Before we know what are the differences and similarities between of this three we want to define them first. Creative writing  is writing that expresses ideas and thoughts in an imaginative  way. The writer gets to express feelings and emotions instead of just presenting the facts. Technical writing is not written to entertain. It has its own set of rules, conventions, do’s and don’ts, masterpieces and pieces of rubbish. Technical writing is a type of writing where the author is writing about a particular subject that requires direction, i

WHAT IS CREATIVE WRITING?

Image
You might have heard it called different things. Traditionally referred to as literature,  creative writing  is an art of sorts - the art of making things up. It's writing done in a way that is not academic or technical but still attracts an audience. Though the definition is rather loose, creative writing can for the most part be considered any writing that is original and self-expressive. A news article, for example, cannot be considered creative writing because its main goal is to present facts and not to express the feelings of the writer. While a news article can be entertaining, its main purpose is to present the facts.  The purpose of creative writing is to both entertain and share human experience, like love or loss. Writers attempt to get at a truth about humanity through poetics and storytelling. If you'd like to try your hand at creative writing, just keep in mind that whether you are trying to express a feeling or a thought, the first step is to use your imag

I AM SOMETHING

Image
"CLOCK"    Some of us might compare to an object who can reflect who we really are. At the same time it is the way of expressing our own thoughts and beliefs in life.  There are some related connections that can be define who we are as a person and how we like to compared it through an object. Like an object we have some purposes in life that can help us to know our weaknesses and appreciate our worth as a person. In life, we encounter different kinds of challenges to test our faith and how strong are we to face anything to be. We wanted to be and contented in every journey in life and I believe that the very purpose of life is to be happy. From the very core of our being, we desire contentment. In my own limited experience I have also found that the more we care for the happiness of others, the greater is our own sense of well-being. So, if you were to describe yourself as an object what it would be? Is that object can fully describe as what you are? I know you have
